In 2004, we made the strategic adjustment in product structure and built Xinyi Industry Zone in Qingdao Develop Zone for exportation. A high-tech industry zone with an area of over 500,000 square meters has been built, with our newly built branches of Xinyi Auto Fitting Co., Ltd. and Xinyi Parts & Accessories Co., Ltd. Our companies can produce 10 million brake pads, 5 million brake shoes, 2 million brake rotors, 2 million brake drums, and 5 million brake lines, which meet the rapid demands of domestic and overseas markets. We have become one of the biggest manufacturers of auto friction materials and the main base of auto parts.
Our company has introduced advanced production lines with fine equipment and numerical control systems, including arc welding robot center from Panasonic and numerical control bending pipe machines from Taiwan area. Due to the management of ERP, we have reached advanced level in China. We can mainly provide five types of products, which are automobile mufflers, catalytic converters, exhaust systems, rear decorative pipes and mufflers for converted cars.
